All the land is situated within the municipality. Inscribed in the Denominació d’Origen Qualificada Priorat, it takes special pride in qualifying its wines as “Vi de Vila”, a new quality seal approved in 2009.

The fruits of this endeavour were gathered five years later when, after a patient, wise and careful work, the Berta Franquet came to light. This first wine of the cellar, a 2009 vintage, kept in oak barrels for eight months, boosted the family’s energy towards new challenges for the future.

The objectives are achieved little by little, as such was the increase of the number of barrels, the general improvement of the facilities and, more recently, the creation of the web page which helps the cellar advertise and merchandise more efficiently the products.
